Refund and Returns Policy

Product that you have ordered via www.thebookcompany.eu can be returned to us within 14 days. Please check immediately upon receipt of your order wheter it is undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible to report this.

Please read the conditions below before returning products.

We have the following conditions for returns :

1. The costs of returning from your home address to our address are for your own account.
2. You must report the return in advance by requesting a return form via our contact page.
3. You can request a return form up to 14 days after receipt of your order. The period starts on the day after receipt of your order.
4. On your request, please idicate the reason for returing the product.
5. If your request is approved by us, you will receive the return form by e-mail. You can then send your order with this return form to the address specified by us.
6. After receipt, the returned product will be checked for damage, etc.
7. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product had already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damages than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days.
